I am Lynn Allingham, a model and props maker based in South Manchester.

Hello…my name is Lynn Allingham. I have been creating miniatures models for the best part of 10 years now, using every spare minute to make. In the last few months I took the plunge into freelance, I am now officially a props and model maker (not something I ever thought I would be lucky enough to say) and I absolutely LOVE it. I work as a freelance props maker in children’s television at the BBC and occasionally in stop motion animation too. I am the Author of two published books Making Mini Food and Mini Menagerie and I write monthly tutorials, features and trend topics for Dolls house and miniature scene magazine.
